Catalog description

Students in this course will learn strategies for effective and persuasive legal writing, including the appropriate methodologies for legal reading, research and analysis. Students will gain experience writing in a number of genres, including case briefs, memoranda of law, and professional correspondence. ADVW. PA-1C. Prerequisite: ENG 109 or ENG 111 or AP or other placement credit.
