Scholarship of Practice

Catalog description

To cultivate the knowledge, habits and skills associated with inquiry-driven leadership through exploring, designing, and executing research around problems of practice in educational contexts. Students will gain advanced knowledge and skills related to application of research-based knowledge in educational leadership to policy and practice, including applications that address the critical challenges of improving education for all learners in complex, multicultural environments. Prerequisite: graduate standing.
