Instructional Leadership and Coaching

Catalog description

Students will develop an understanding of the systems, strategies, and frameworks of instructional leadership and coaching to support teacher growth, improve instruction, and advance student achievement priorities. An emphasis will be placed on the political and cultural context through which supervision, support, and evaluation are implemented for instructional leadership and continuous improvement. Prerequisite: graduate standing.
