Power, Politics, and Ethical Leadership

Catalog description

Students in this course will seek to understand and evaluate systems, theories, and discourses of power, politics, and culture with a focus on the development of ethical, inclusive leadership practices from multiple positionalities. An emphasis will be placed on school micropolitics, and the cultivation of the strategic relationships and perspectives that address systemic inequities in education. Prerequisite: graduate standing.
