Foundations of Educational Leadership

Catalog description

In this course, students will develop foundational knowledge of transformative theories, discourses, and frameworks for educational leadership in a democratic society, which yield promising student and institutional outcomes. Students will develop skills for evaluating and interrogating the values and assumptions of leadership practices required for cultivating a shared school vision that benefits all learners and addresses systemic inequities. Prerequisite: graduate standing.
