Catalog description

This course addresses second order circuits, Laplace transforms, AC power analysis, poly-phase circuits, magnetically coupled circuits, rotating machines, and advanced topics in circuits and renewable energy. The course lectures expose students to the theories and concepts of electrical engineering and apply these concepts to solving problems relevant to real world applications. Prerequisite or co-requisite: MTH 245 or MTH 246 or MTH 347 . Prerequisites: ECE 205 .
