Catalog description

Principles and mechanism of heat, mass and momentum transport. Development of generalized transport equations; macroscopic and microscopic balances; simultaneous heat and mass transfer. Analogy of mass, heat and momentum transfer. Prerequisites: CPB/ MME 403/MME 503 , CPB 414/CPB 514 (or equivalent) and graduate standing or instructor approval.
