Catalog description

This course introduces the fundamentals of data acquisition and analysis, emphasizing key Python programming concepts and their engineering applications. Participants will gain a foundational understanding of Python and its essential packages. Additionally, the course covers interfacing with microprocessors and sensors for data acquisition and processing, with a special focus on applications in biomedical engineering using MicroPython and Raspberry Pi. Prerequisite: PHY 182 .
