Catalog description

Integrates clients, servers and infrastructure components into a secure network design. Students will learn about common network-based vulnerabilities, corresponding mitigation solutions, and structured testing methods. Topics will include infrastructure security concepts, protocols, and devices. Students will learn about device hardening, configuration of server and router-based ACLs, and firewall configuration concepts. Prerequisite: CIT 281 .
