Catalog description

This course provides an in-depth exploration of full-stack web development using Python and web frameworks, with an integrated emphasis on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). Students will learn how to design, implement, and deploy dynamic, data-driven applications that prioritize usability, accessibility, and user experience. Alongside development, students will apply HCI principles to evaluate and improve interface design, incorporating usability testing, accessibility standards, and iterative design methods. Through project-based learning, students will develop and deploy full-stack applications that not only function effectively but also deliver meaningful and user-centered experiences. Prerequisite(s): CIT 214 and CIT 225 .
