Prerequisite(s): SLHS 5310 and SLHS 5320 with "B-" or above. Students will explore evidence-base practice in speech-language pathology including experimental, observation and filtered research methodologies, common statistical analyses, data visualization, and research ethics. They will critically appraise quantitative and qualitative methodologies and apply their findings through case-based learning. Students will initiate scholarship projects that will be carried through the graduate program. Note: Student must achieve a B- or better for this course to count towards the MS SLP.
