Prerequisite(s): Department Permission Students participate in experiences related to the Speech, Language, Hearing Sciences (SLHS) discipline. Students may observe professionals and/or engage in supervised clinical activities consistent with their skill level. All experiences are coordinated by an assigned mentor within the SLHS department. Contact the department for more information. Note: This course is offered for variable credits. Four credits are required to complete a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant internship and co-enrollment of SLHS 4300 Credits may also be applied towards guided observation hours and/or internships through our on campus clinic or with community partners. This course can be taken three times for a total of 6 credit hours.
