Prerequisite(s): REL 2400 with a C- or above In this course, students will explore the intricacies of financing affordable housing properties. Students will examine public sector funding sources, providers of private-sector debt, as well as equity in the form of Low Income Housing Tax Credits. They will also gain practical insights into the elements of a multifamily affordable housing development pro forma, as well as developing a pro forma using information provided.
