Students explore the dynamic nature of weather phenomena that impact our daily activities, travel, and industry. The course covers atmospheric structure, clouds, precipitation, fronts, wind, storms, climate, and pollution. Special topics may include issues ranging from aviation accidents and global warming to alternate energy sources. This course includes both lecture and lab components.
