IT Support Capstone

Catalog description

This capstone course provides students with a culminating, project-based experience that integrates technical, operational, and professional skills acquired throughout the IT SupportCareer Certificate program. Students will design, implement, document, and present a real-world IT support solution that reflects industry practices, service management principles, andorganizational needs. Emphasis is placed on problem-solving, documentation, communication,and operational readiness within an IT support environment.
