Catalog description

Students explore the fundamentals of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) and develop skillsin prompt engineering to effectively collaborate with AI tools. Through hands-on, appliedlearning activities, students will examine how prompts shape AI-generated outputs and analyzethe ethical, legal, and social implications of AI use. Emphasis is placed on evaluating bias,relevance, and usefulness of AI responses in real-world contexts. Students will engage withauthentic industry scenarios, iterative prompt development, and creative applications toenhance their critical thinking and prompt-writing skills. Special attention is given to aligning AIcapabilities with professional and academic goals across various fields of study.
