Catalog description

Students explore a whole-person approach to health and well-being, integrating foundational concepts with practical, collaborative skills. This course is designed for aspiring health and wellness coaches and allied health professionals seeking to empower patients and clients to take an active role in their well-being. Through a focus on the six dimensions of wellness, students learn to partner with individuals, help them navigate complex health information, and explore sustainable lifestyle choices and evidence-based approaches that support the management of chronic disease.
