The Capstone Field Internship, required by CoAEMSP, is the final component of the accreditedParamedic program. It provides the student with the opportunity to demonstrate competencyand proficiency as a team leader on prehospital calls under supervision. Successful completionconfirms readiness for entry-level paramedic practice and eligibility to sit for the nationalcertification exam.
