Catalog description

Actions and uses of pharmacological agents used in veterinary medicine; drug classifications, modes of action, indications and contraindications, routes of administration, and mechanisms of elimination. Dispensing and pharmacy management, and laws regulating controlled substances. Solving medical math problems and calculating drug doses. Prerequisites: A grade of C or better in VET101 and VET151.
