Catalog description

This course is a classroom undergraduate immersive human anatomy experience that will introduce students to a comprehensive introductory knowledge of the human neuromusculoskeletal anatomy. Students will participate in studying anatomy via virtual reality resources to enhance learning the structures of the human body in a simulated visual & interactive environment. They will use their knowledge of bones, muscles, and peripheral nerves to create models of functional musculoskeletal anatomy. The goal of the course is for the student to broaden their knowledge of anatomy towards its application in human posture and movement. Prerequisites: BIOL 130/130A/131/131A, or 160/160A/161/161A (3 hrs. lecture, 3 cr.)
