Catalog description

A study of speech/language disorders caused by physical disability with special attention given to problems associated with cleft palate, cerebral palsy, aphasia, and organically-based voice disorders. The course will include development of proposals for research projects that will address various aspects of the speech language disorders, such habilitation and rehabilitation approaches, family interactions, and multicultural cultural issues associated with evidence-based practice.
