<b><font color="7A0018">Begins Fall 2025</b></font><br> Advisory: Good general health; absence of medical conditions that would prevent planned physical activity. This course begins with the basic skills and court positions necessary to enjoy the sport. Each class session begins with warm-up exercises and "dry-land" drills. Skill period ends with class participation in a volleyball match.
