<b><font color="7A0018">Begins Fall 2025</b></font><br> This course is designed to provide students with knowledge and skills necessary to perform Smog Check Inspections. Level 1 training is intended to provide students with fundamental knowledge of engine and emission control theory, design and operation. Level 2 training is intended to provide students the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform Smog Check inspections. Students who successfully complete this training will have met the California Bureau of Automotive Repair requirements for Level 1 and 2 training to qualify to take the Smog Check Inspector state licensing examination.
