b><font color="7A0018">Begins Fall 2025</b></font><br> This course involves an International view of the sociology of agriculture presented through an examination of relationships between societies and their environments, economics, and agriculture. Emphasis will be placed on the analysis of agriculture's use of technology and the corresponding impact on the environment, economy, and society on a global scale.
