Emphasis Track(s) suggested for: Translational Science This course is a review of biomedical technologies employed in medicine for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of chronic and acute diseases. The goal of the course is to familiarize students with the operating principles, economic aspects of technology use in clinical practice. Over the duration of the course each student will prepare three reports and one lecture on the use of technology in medicine.
