This course explores instructional design and the selection of appropriate educational strategies, methods, and materials. The importance of connecting classroom content with clinical experiences is examined. The impact of digital technology to facilitate the teaching/learning process is differentiated. Current research regarding best practices in simulation, online learning, and distance education is investigated.
