Catalog description

This capstone course requires students to integrate and apply previous MBA courses to executive decision-making and leadership. Themes such as leadership styles, charismatic and transformational leadership, groupthink, the cult of personality, and the ethics of leadership will be explored from potential links between leadership and organizational performance at different levels. Students will apply the strategic management process and entrepreneurial approaches for business financing in case studies or business plans in the analysis of for-profit organizations.
