Catalog description
The stakeholder management model posits that organizations can simultaneously pursue corporate social responsibility and financial success. Topics include the impact of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the Federal Sentencing Guidelines for Organizations on company ethics programs, legitimacy, stakeholder relations, public policy issues, and ethical decision-making models. The course will utilize a case-study approach.
