Catalog description
English II further prepares students for the types of academic writing expected in college, with emphasis on the development of critical and analytical skills for reading, research, and writing across the disciplines. The course reinforces process approaches to researched writing while continuing to develop skills in writing for multiple purposes, including analysis, evaluation, synthesis, and argumentation.
