Catalog description

This course prepares candidates to lead instructional improvement through strategic assessment, program evaluation, and instructional design. Candidates explore strategies for analyzing different forms of assessment data to inform decision-making and design evaluation protocols that support teacher growth and program coherence. Emphasis is placed on equity, data literacy, and leadership practices that drive continuous improvement across classrooms and school systems. This course includes a 10-hour field experience component.
