This course introduces historical, philosophical, and sociocultural foundations of curriculum theory. Candidates design systems for building standards-aligned curricula that reflect diverse learner needs, institutional goals, and school improvement priorities. Emphasis is placed on coherence across programs, equity in access, and alignment to district and state expectations.
