Catalog description

This course explores a wide range of educational technologies, investigating in detail those that can be effectively integrated into the full range of content areas of education. It will cover the use of distributed information servers, multi-media collaborative network applications and other advanced instructional technologies to support learning and teaching. Ten hours of practicum experience are included in this course. EDC 738 RESEARCH AND THEORY IN TEACHING (3) This course relates the application of research and instructional theories to elementary, secondary and post-secondary curricular practice. It includes a review of studies related to instruction and classroom management.
