Catalog description

Introduction to color in theory and practice using a variety of media. Students will explore the uses of color in advertising and fine art. Studies in the physical properties of color and pigment take the form of exercises in collage and liquid media. This course is recommended for students interested in advanced study in painting, printmaking, photography, and graphic design.
