Catalog description

Advanced Fabrication Techniques builds upon the skills learned in Introduction to Steel Fabrication. Students will create complex assemblies from industry standard drawings. Emphasis will be placed on safety, tube bending, machined components, fixturing, and quality inspection. NOTE: This course requires basic reading, basic writing, and intermediate math. MAT-106 recommended prior to taking this course. This course may be a new project or a continuation of a larger scale project from WLD-151.
