Catalog description
Music Appreciation is designed for non-music majors. Students study basic elements in musical literature by prominent composers from various historical periods and examine the importance of music in history and society's influence on music. Outside listening is required. (1.1- Articulated) [IAI Core Course Equivalent: F1 900] NOTE: This course requires intermediate reading and intermediate writing.
