Catalog description

Tai Chi is the ancient Chinese Martial Art referred to as the "Dance of Awareness in the Universe". This class covers breathing and postural stances, functional movement patterns, and self-defense sequences of Tai Chi and Qigong. Students of all fitness levels learn to improve flexibility, strengthen muscles and the immune system, and increase both energy and relaxation. Note: Comfortable clothing that will allow students to move their arms and legs in a standing position is recommended. (1.1-Articulated)
