Catalog description
Intro to Residential Construction introduces the principles, practices, and materials used in light-frame residential building construction. Students learn the means and methods of construction, and examine the roles and responsibilities of the various participants involved within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. (1.2 Articulated) NOTE: This course requires basic construction document reading, Windows operating system, and file management skills. This course requires basic reading, writing, and math skills.
