Catalog description
Ceramics I introduces students to non-functional and functional ceramics through hand built and wheel thrown techniques. Students explore construction methods and strategies, firing processes, and surface applications. This course may be repeated once for a maximum of 6 credit hours. (1.1-Articulated) NOTE: This course requires basic reading, basic writing, and basic math.
