Catalog description
Painting I introduces students to basic painting tools, techniques, and color principles applied through the exploration of oil and/or acrylic painting media. Students explore representational, abstract, and non-objective painting styles. This course may be repeated three times to a maximum of 12 credit hours. NOTE: This course requires basic reading, basic writing, and basic math.
