Catalog description
Outlook provides an opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience using and understanding Microsoft Outlook. This course focuses on creating, organizing, and managing email messages; customizing settings; using search features; scheduling and managing appointments, meetings, and events; and working with the calendar, contacts, and tasks features. Students may repeat this course once with different software packages for a maximum of 4 credit hours. Note: This course focuses on the skills needed for the Outlook Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Exam. Students will complete the exam in this course. This course requires intermediate reading, basic writing, and basic math.
