This course discusses the application of psychological methods and techniques to understand, evaluate, and maximize human behavior in the workplace. Topics will include, but are not limited to individual characteristics, job analysis, selection procedures, counterproductive work behaviors, performance measurement, teams, motivation, and leadership.
