Health Care and Aging

Catalog description

This course will provide an overview of physical and psychological changes in the aging process during and after middle age. The course will focus on personal strategies and social support programs to promote successful aging, as well as programs that are in place for support when health, psychological, and social problems occur. Governmental public health policies and their impact on diverse populations will be addressed.
