Catalog description

In this course, students will consider the interrelationship between media and psychology. They will examine the effects of various forms of media (such as social media, television, and music) on human behavior and cognition. They will also consider how human thought and behavior affect individual and group use and consumption of media. Students will have an opportunity to apply media psychology theories, concepts, and methods to real world situations.
