Catalog description

This course examines the nature and complexities of organizational change focusing on strategies to successfully plan and lead change initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness with new processes, products, or systems. Students explore the human side of change, including “resistance” to change; and study organizational concepts, principles, theories and models. The application of theoretical concepts to actual organizational situations is emphasized.
