This course focuses on the principles of healthcare quality management, patient safety, continuous quality improvement, Lean Six Sigma and accreditation standards. The course focuses primarily on the practical application of systems, and teaches the student how to measure, assess, and improve organizational performance to ensure high quality care and patient satisfaction outcomes.
