Catalog description

The role that leadership plays in addressing issues of diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace will be examined in depth. Topics include social equity, theoretical frameworks for diversity leadership, power dynamics, and social justice. A personal philosophy of diversity and intercultural aspects of leadership will be designed along with an action plan that leads to transforming an organization into one that is equitable, respectful, inclusive and responsive to diversity.
