Catalog description

This course examines the body of organizational concepts and theories to build the students’ capacity to discover or invent effective means for creating transformational change. Major Organizational Development (OD) themes such as planned change, consultation, organizational culture, and action research will be explored. During this course, students must complete an application that identifies the organization in which they will be conducting their TCP and have it signed off by the cohort mentor and the organization’s representative.
