Formerly EDOL706. This course explores the characteristics of effective teams, the stages of group development and team processes such as motivation, group cohesion, role assignment, and norms. The importance of the task and relationship continuum and strategies for addressing dysfunctional behavior will be examined. Students will apply the principles of group development and team building and evaluate team effectiveness.
