Catalog description

This course introduces basic principles and processes important for understanding the pathophysiology of common diseases and basic pharmacological principles that apply to all drugs and drug therapy across the lifespan. Students must achieve a minimum grade of C+. Prerequisites: BIO 161, BIO 161L, BIO 162, BIO 162L, BIO 260, BIO 260L, CHM 125, CHM 125L, HPR 345, MA 132, PSY 110, and SOC 131 or SOC 121. A minimum grade of C is required in all prerequisite courses.
