Catalog description
This course prepares nursing students to utilize the nursing process in the application of patient care technologies to provide fundamental nursing care to clients and assist with activities of daily living. Students must achieve a minimum grade of C+. Prerequisites: BIO 161, BIO 161L, BIO 162, BIO 162L, BIO 260, BIO 260L, CHM 125, CHM 125L, HPR 345, MA 132, PSY 110, and SOC 131 or SOC 121. A minimum grade of C is required in all prerequisite courses. Prerequisite or corequisite: NU 230.
